Single-outputs probabilities
Frequencies of occurrence of each of the possible 256 output bytes were measured (Output[x])
in a stream of 2^41.85 output bytes generated by the VMPC Stream Cipher.
None of the measured frequencies showed a statistically significant deviation from
its expected value of 1 / 256.
